I founded Haus of Health in 2025 after having firsthand experienced the impact healthy food, movement and supplements can have on your body.

After struggling with depression for many years, I took matters in my own hand and started researching the benefits of eating well, exercising and taking the right supplements. I've surrounded myself by experts to help me launch Haus of Health and to formulate supplements that actually work. Today, I'm proud to say we have nothing to hide: scientifically backed formulas, made in Belgium. I can't wait to hear your feedback.
